THIS. This family run Roti shop has some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. To be fair, it could be overbearing sometimes depending on how busy it is, but the customer service I've experienced here was always phenomenal. The foods great, the staff are awesome, and that's all you really need. The price can definitely be expensive, especially to a more fast food style Roti place, but trust me. IT IS WORTH IT!

Such delicious food and welcoming/warm service. The best Indian food in Toronto! Please if you are ever close by downtown Toronto, come by to support. I can tell they really care about their food and customers. If you are not, it’s worth the trip!! Mango lassi has nice mango flavour, creamy and not too sweet. The butter chicken has nice chunks of chicken. Also, the lovely chef brought out dessert on the house. Add this restaurant to your weekly dinner rotation and you won’t regret it!

We had a great experience at this Indian restaurant. The food was authentic and delicious, full of rich flavors. The owner was very friendly and genuinely cared about the customers, which made the visit even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely come back again when I get the chance.

I was driving thru the area and recalled my all time go to place Gandhi Roti place, but since it's move, Roti Mahal has opened. I thought to give a try. My god, the taste is just like Gandhi's Roti. I enjoyed talking with the friendly owners chef. The spice level is correct for Indians who want more hot!. Definitely recommend this place to others.

We ordered from Roti Mahal for our weekly office lunch on King Street and everything was absolutely delicious! The butter chicken, korma, regular chicken, lamb, and cauliflower dishes were all perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The samosas and pakoras were a big hit with the whole team — crispy, fresh, and packed with taste. You can tell everything was made with care. We’ll definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend for group lunches or any occasion!

Food was very awesome, we tried butter chicken roti, chicken tikka, lamb roti and chicken briyani which is super amazing food and the cashier guy was friendly too and the dessert was yummy again willing to visit roti mahal very soon

Best Indian Roti I've had in 5 years! And that's from a proud Indian-Canadian. But what makes them special is their warmth & service. Got to meet both owners - very hard working & humble guys. Offered a complimentary dessert too. BONUS REASON TO SUPPORT THEM: I found out that they try to employ newcomers to Canada & even met a newcomer staff member. Champions! Food: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Atmosphere: 4/5
